Position Title: Founding Account Executive
Position Overview:We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to join our early team. You’ll play a critical role in owning and shaping our sales motion from the ground up. This isn’t just about following a playbook—it’s about writing it. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with high-intent prospects and building deep, long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and close.
Build the playbook: Help define and refine our outbound sales motion, messaging, and tools.
Travel to win: Meet prospects face-to-face to build trust, deepen relationships, and close deals.
Be a product expert: Learn Redo’s offerings inside and out to help merchants understand the value we drive.
Drive feedback loops: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Success to relay customer insights and iterate quickly.
Hit and exceed goals: We’re building for scale, and you’ll be a key contributor in hitting ambitious revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, ecommerce, or a related space.
Strong communicator who thrives in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven closer with strong outbound and negotiation skills.
Comfortable traveling and meeting with customers face-to-face.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you're energized by ambiguity and excited to build.
Passion for solving problems and delivering value to customers.
Bonus Points:
Experience working with merchants or in ecommerce logistics.
You've worked at a fast-growing startup and helped build out a sales process.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach.
