Overview

Redo is a fast-growing, early-stage, B2B SaaS startup helping merchants offer the best post-purchase experience for their customers. We're building out of our office in Draper, UT.

Redo is building a marketplace for shoppers to use their HSA/FSA funds to purchase eligible products from Redo brands. As our founding Growth Marketer for the marketplace, you will build the go-to-market from zero and own the number. Brands list their products with us for free, we drive the demand, and we earn a share of every sale. The model is simple. The execution is wide open. There is no site yet, no traffic engine, no playbook. That is the job.

This is not a role for someone who wants an established product to message and a funnel to tune. This is a growth role, not a product marketing role. It is for someone who sees an empty whiteboard and starts drawing, who is happiest buying cold traffic and making it pay back, and who will build new areas of the business from the ground up and own what the marketplace becomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full go-to-market for the marketplace: who we target, how we win brand inventory, and how we turn shoppers into paying orders.

  • Build the traffic engine from scratch: paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO and AEO, lifecycle, referral loops, partnerships, social, whatever earns its place.

  • Hit the number. Drive the first 100 orders in your first 60 days, then scale to 1,000 orders a month, and do it profitably. You own CAC, LTV, payback, and our take-rate, not vanity metrics.

  • Own the launch itself, from the first landing page to the first dollar of GMV.

  • Position the marketplace for two audiences at once: the brands who list and the shoppers who buy.

  • Build the loop between what shoppers do and what we tell brands, so the flywheel actually spins.

  • Pressure-test the model early, define the target brand and target shopper, and ship a launch site with first acquisition tests in your first 90 days.

  • Stand up a repeatable channel or two and a brand pitch that reliably closes listings, then scale the motion behind you.

  • Evolve the marketplace into a self-serve motion over time, so growth outpaces headcount.

Qualifications

  • You have taken something from nothing to live. Ideally you have started and scaled an ecommerce or DTC brand from 0 to 1, or owned acquisition somewhere you personally felt the scarcity. You can point to it.

  • You have run paid acquisition yourself (Meta, Google, TikTok) and driven cold traffic to profitable orders. You have the numbers to show for it.

  • You have scaled CAC profitably under real constraint, because you understand how a take-rate marketplace actually makes money.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, because you build the structure that was missing.

  • You think in systems and economics, not just campaigns.

  • Strong strategy paired with the willingness to pull the levers yourself. Hands-on, both.

  • Bias to move fast and decide with incomplete information, then correct.

  • A track record driving traffic through more than one channel.

  • Marketplace, e-commerce, or two-sided platform experience preferred.

  • Comfort with brand partnerships and the conversations that land them.
