The Sales Engineer is a customer-facing role responsible for implementing new customers and upselling customers on additional products. Sales Engineers are expected to understand Redo's product offerings in depth and adapt the product to customers' needs. This role carries a quota and a book of business.
Responsibilities:


Customer Implementation:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales organization.

  • Engage in the sales process before a customer is closed-won to understand their needs.

  • Match customer needs to Redo's product offerings for a seamless implementation.

Upselling Customers:

  • Assist customers in adopting more features and optimizing the platform.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.

  • Cross-sell new products within the sales engineer's book of business.

Quota Management:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Manage and grow a book of business through technical sales support and customer success initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a sales engineering, technical support, or similar role is preferred.

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and post-purchase solutions is a plus.
