Position Title: Support Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented support engineer to join our team at Redo. In this role, you will enable customers to gain the most from the Redo platform.

Responsibilities:

• Implement customer-requested customizations

• Triage and investigate customer issues

• Create tools to help customers and the Redo team

Qualifications:

• Experience developing full-stack web applications

• Strong programming skills.

• Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.

• Positive attitude and collaborative personality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in related technical field

• Experience with TypeScript
